I took over marketing at this direct-to-consumer boutique photo printing company at a time when we really needed to increase AOV and LTV. Our target audience was primarily female millennials.
Action
- Managed in-house marketing team creating SEO-optimized content, email and SMS marketing, and social campaigns on multiple platforms.
- Managed outside paid ads team for Meta and Google ads.
- Set campaign strategy across all channels.
