Project Overview

In order to increase ARR we introduced a subscription product to our line up of photo print products. We used surveys to existing customers to find pain points and plan our new product. Then came the work of managing the development needed to offer the product, the marketing content needed to launch and booth set-ups for a couple of in-person events.

Project Highlight

Setting up booths at Mommycon and Madison Mom Blog’s Easter event was a great culmination to months of planning, photo/video shoots and our digital launch. It was really fun to talk to potential customers with our products in their hands and hear their enthusiastic feedback.

Outcome

With our new subscription product our customer LTV went up. Plus, the extra marketing push of our new offering brought new customers in the door.
