Project Overview

In e-commerce our biggest project of the year is managing all-new creative for our holiday campaigns. It starts with past data analysis for planning in early summer and continues with wrangling products and creatives for photoshoots in the fall. Then the whirlwind that is campaign execution October through December. 

Project Highlight

The gifting season is really the most wild and fulfilling part of the e-commerce year (think half your yearly revenue in just 3 months). For the last 4 years at Parabo I coordinated multiple all-team meetups to prep for the holidays. Getting everyone together to strategize and for our yearly holiday photoshoot was always a fun team-building and productive time for my typically hybrid/remote team.

Outcome

Fresh creative every holiday meant bestsellers and new products alike could be featured in our marketing. Return orders stayed high as we held our customers' attention.
