The MyCanvas audience was primarily Ancestry users who were importing their genealogy data to make keepsakes. This three email Welcome Flow was sent to anyone who made a new account on our site. This audience was a fun challenge because the demographic was older than most online audiences and more patient. Our projects took an average of 12 site visits and 6 weeks to complete, so we had a lot of time to connect. This automation was more about avoiding audience drop-off than making the quick sale.
